I have fallen several times since signing up with Life Alert. Each time I contacted Life Alert the dispatcher stayed on the line with me until help arrived. Life Alert did a great job alerting myself, sister and aunt when my mom fell. Paramedics arrived promptly and were able to get her safely back into her apartment.
